I had an amazing experience celebrating my grandmother's 100th birthday at this lovely resort. The staff, especially Stephanie, went above and beyond to make the day special for our family. The venue was beautiful, and we had delicious food and great amenities. On the downside, I did notice that some guests had issues with room maintenance and service delays, which could be improved. Overall, it was a memorable celebration with some minor hiccups.

The staff didn't respond well to my concerns, which left a sour note about service during my stay.
